How the Seller Intent ZIP Platform works

The platform is designed to connect Realtors with homeowners who are actively researching the selling process, using a simple ZIP-based structure and clear routing rules.

1. Homeowners are captured

Homeowners who are actively researching selling and requesting more information are captured through the Seller Intent ZIP Platform and related properties.

2. Inquiries are routed by ZIP

Each homeowner inquiry is matched to the appropriate ZIP code. Routing rules and access levels are determined strictly by the ZIP code and the active package tier in that ZIP.

3. Access is controlled by tier

Each ZIP can have different levels of access: Market Authority License, Growth Partner Access, or Market Entry Access. Your tier determines how inquiries in that ZIP are routed to you.

4. Priority is based on package level

Within each ZIP, Market Authority receives first priority on NEW seller-intent inquiries. Growth Partner and Market Entry tiers receive access based on overflow and rotational rules explained below.

Package tiers and ZIP-based pricing

Choose the level of access that matches your goals in each ZIP. Pricing is per ZIP code, per month, with clearly defined routing rules.

Market Authority License

Price: $6,000 per month per ZIP

  • Receives first priority on all NEW seller-intent inquiries in the ZIP
  • Priority applies from activation forward only
  • Leads delivered prior to activation are never reassigned
  • Only one Market Authority License is allowed per ZIP
  • All other tiers in the same ZIP receive overflow leads only

Growth Partner Access

Price: $2,750 per month per ZIP

  • Shared access when no Market Authority License exists in the ZIP
  • If Market Authority is active, Growth Partner receives overflow leads only
  • No priority routing included

Market Entry Access

Price: $1,200 per month per ZIP

  • Shared, rotational access to seller-intent inquiries in the ZIP
  • If Market Authority is active, Market Entry receives overflow leads only
  • Designed for testing new ZIPs before increasing commitment

Upgrade policy (clear and simple)

Realtors may move between tiers as their needs change. All upgrades follow one consistent rule set, with no prorating or credits to calculate.

  • Realtors may upgrade between tiers at any time
  • Upgrades are completed at the flat rate of the destination tier
  • There is no prorating, no credits, and no refunds

Upgrade examples

  • Market Entry ($1,200) → Growth Partner requires payment of $2,750
  • Market Entry ($1,200) → Market Authority requires payment of $6,000
  • Growth Partner ($2,750) → Market Authority requires payment of $6,000

Upgrades take effect immediately. Priority applies only to new inquiries going forward from the time of activation at the new tier.

ZIP transfer policy

If performance, strategy, or focus changes, certain tiers can move to a different ZIP without changing the underlying package level.

  • Growth Partner and Market Entry tiers may transfer to another available ZIP
  • ZIP transfer fee: $250
  • Transfers are processed immediately, subject to availability
  • Pricing tier remains the same after transfer

Lead routing and priority structure

Seller-intent inquiries are routed using a consistent set of rules. Priority is determined by the highest active tier in each ZIP, with overflow paths clearly defined.

  • Market Authority receives first priority on all new seller-intent inquiries in the ZIP.
  • If unavailable or declined, inquiries may route to Growth Partner.
  • If still unclaimed, inquiries may route to Market Entry.
  • Previously delivered leads always remain with the original recipient and are not reassigned.

At-a-glance routing order

Step 1: New inquiry enters the Seller Intent ZIP Platform.
Step 2: ZIP is identified and matched to active tiers.
Step 3: Routed first to Market Authority, then Growth Partner, then Market Entry as applicable.
Step 4: Once delivered, the inquiry remains with that Realtor.

Frequently asked questions

Straightforward answers about how ZIP access, priority, and movement between tiers work inside the SellerIntent ZIP Platform.

What does Market Authority mean?

Market Authority refers to first-priority access to new seller-intent inquiries in a specific ZIP code. It does not mean ownership of listings, exclusivity over all potential sellers in that area, or any guaranteed volume. It simply defines the routing order for new inquiries that enter the SellerIntent ZIP Platform for that ZIP from the time your license is active.

Do Market Authority holders receive past leads?

No. Market Authority applies only to NEW seller-intent inquiries from activation forward. Inquiries that were delivered before your Market Authority License became active are never reassigned and remain with the original recipient.

What happens if my ZIP becomes licensed?

If another Realtor activates a Market Authority License in your ZIP, your existing tier (Growth Partner or Market Entry) continues with overflow status in that ZIP. You may choose to upgrade to Market Authority, remain in your current tier with overflow access, or transfer your ZIP (if you are on Growth Partner or Market Entry) to another available area under the ZIP transfer policy.

Can I upgrade between tiers?

Yes. Realtors may upgrade between tiers at any time. Upgrades are processed at the flat rate of the destination tier with no prorating, no credits, and no refunds. When you upgrade, the new level of priority applies only to new inquiries going forward.

Can I change ZIP codes?

Yes. Growth Partner and Market Entry tiers may transfer to another available ZIP for a $250 transfer fee. Transfers are processed immediately, subject to ZIP availability. Your pricing tier remains the same after the transfer.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Access to the SellerIntent ZIP Platform is month-to-month. You retain flexibility to adjust ZIPs and tiers in line with your business strategy, within the upgrade and transfer policies described on this page.
